Origami Christmas in July

Artisan Crafts is very underappreciated on DA. What I love about is that it showcases a wide variety of original pieces that would otherwise be overlooked. I know this club will continue to rock thanks to the hard work of not only the people in charge but also, its many talented members.

This is my entry for the club's Origami contest. I wanted to do modular origami and searched online for tutorials. I found some at instructables.com which led me to sonobe units found here. [link] I made 4 cubes (6 units), 4 stellated octahedrons (12 units) and a stellated icosahedron (30 units) which has been my favorite so far. My ultimate goal is to make an Epcot ball but that will take me ages as it needs 270 pieces.
